Joe Moscola, Co Founder
With a foundational degree in Business Management and a two-decade track record, Joe's career is defined by a demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and build scalable, high-performance systems around them.
His entrepreneurial journey began at 16 with the launch of Better Health Lab, where he mastered the principles of digital marketing, affiliate sales, and direct-to-consumer outreach.
This innate sales aptitude led to Training Manager for a promotional advertising firm, where he was responsible for curriculum development, leadership training, and mentoring new managers to successfully launch and operate satellite offices, directly fueling the company's national expansion.
Joe's capacity for managing complex operations and driving data-informed strategies was further honed at Entertainment Works, where he rapidly promoted from District Supervisor to Assistant State Manager.
In this role, Joe oversaw 15 offices, directing the end-to-end process of developing, editing, and launching national market research campaigns for major film studios. His duties involved translating client creative direction, analyzing performance data across broad demographics, and using those insights to select the highest-performing movie trailers—a high-stakes process that relied on meticulous project management and analytical rigor.
For the past decade, Joe successfully owns and operated Cafe Ole, a multi-award-winning Spanish coffee shop. Beyond creating a unique product line that earned critical acclaim, he built a beloved community brand, mastering all aspects of small business management, from P&L and inventory control to brand development and creating a reputation for exceptional customer service. This unique blend of scalable sales leadership, data-driven research management, and hands-on operational success is the exact skill set required to build Accelerated Recovery Experts into the industry leader we envision.

Dessa Ekberg is the true essence of an entrepreneur. Equipped with over 17 years of experience in sales and business development, Dessa is a proven marketing executive with a track record for building customer relations and surpassing client expectations. Her innovation, training, and goal oriented leadership place her at the top in advancing business practices, sales generation, and client management services. Her qualities and leadership standing in her area of expertise has given her the tools to thrive in the jungle of digital transformation.
Prior to becoming the founder of Accelerated Digital, Dessa was the co-founder and co-owner of a highly successful Denver-based printing company. Her in-depth experience in printing strengthened her ability to understand and manage all aspects of marketing and advertising to drive exponential, explosive growth.
Experienced with 17+ years of compelling, broad-based experience in start-ups, pre-sales architecting, strategic business development, client relations, sales, programmatic marketing, vendor outsourcing/management, and channel partnerships.
Dessa possesses stellar qualifications in creating effective marketing strategies and business/intel sales strategies to exceed sales quotas, capitalize on growth opportunities, and maintain profitable business operations. Dessa excels at using out-of-the-box approaches and data analysis to address diverse customer needs while providing innovative business solutions.
Dessa drives sales through stellar account management and in-depth knowledge of industry trends. Dessa is highly capable of multi-tasking in a fiercely competitive, fast-paced environment with commitment to consistently upsell services throughout an enterprise.
